Educational Qualifications:
(1). Civil Engineering Degree from the recognized University with excellent knowledge of Central Government Rules & Regulations, Construction Contracts & Specifications, Project Planning & Control, Quality & Safety Management and Research Methodology. Knowledge of CAD and other updated/related software will be considered as additional qualification.
(2). 15 years' experience in total in Government Organizations in the similar field.
Desirable Qualifications:
(1) The candidate needs to be forward planners, with exceptional people skills and the ability to present ideas and negotiate.
(2) Good problem solving skills are essential.
