- For Junior Assistant : A Senior secondary school certificates or equivalents or Graduate from a recognized university with diploma certificates in computer application with 6 months.
- For Semi Professional Assistant : Graduate in Arts/Science/Commerce or any other discipline or any other higher qualification with 50% marks. B.Lib.Sc/B.Li.Sc with 50% marks. course in computer application at graduate or post graduate level or 6 month computer course from recognized institution.
- Nationality : Indian
