- For Senior Medical Officer : MD in Medicine or any other clinical discipline or MBBS with Diploma in any clinical discipline with three years experience or MBBS with Fellowship in HIV Medicine/ Diploma in Public Health with three years experience.
- Nationality : Indian
Age Limit : As on 01.01.2016
- For Immunization Volunteers : 40 years
- For Senior Medical Officer : 60 years
Job Location : Malda (West Bengal)
