Educational Qualifications:

Senior Resident -> Pass in MBBS with completion of CRRI with PG Degree / Diploma in Emergency Medicine / General Medicine / Diabetology / Paediatrics/Obstetrics 8 Gynaecology / ENT' Radiology / Anaesthesiology' Orhopaedics' Ophthalmology / Psychiatry.

Junior Resident -> Pass in MBBS with completion of CRRI.

Educational Qualifications:

General Manager -> (i)    Degree in any discipline and (ii) A post Graduate Degree in Social Work / Business Administration / Business Management with specialization in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare (or) Post Graduate Degree / Diploma of minimum two years duration in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / HRM / Labour Welfare / Labour Management / Labour Administration / Labour Studies. Desirable : Degree in Law.

Chief Manager -> Pass in final examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (CA) / Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI) or Degree in any discipline with MBA of minimum 2 years duration with specialization in Finance.

Executive Engineer -> Degree in Engineering (B.E.,/ B.Tech./ B.Sc. 4yrs)  (or) AMIE in Mechanical / Electrical / Mining.

Dy. Medical Officer -> Pass in MBBS with completion of CRRI. (or) Pass in MBBS with Post Graduate Diploma qualifications in Orthopaedics, Ophthamology, ENT All Qualifications should have been registration with Medical Council of India / State Medical Council.

Selection Process: Personal Interview.
