Fans of the coolest character n The Walking Dead (the comics, not the TV show) now have a TellTale adventure game of their very own. The Michonne miniseries is a three-episode story that tells more of the character's backstory and represents a chapter of the comic books that wasn't previously covered. Like all TellTale games, this one is being released in $5 episodes, but you can get a discount by buying them all up front.

The Walking Dead: Michonne - A Telltale Miniseries stars the iconic, blade-wielding character from Robert Kirkman's best-selling comic books. Haunted by her past, and coping with unimaginable loss and regret, the story explores Michonne's absence between issues #126 and #139 of the comic book. In this three part miniseries, players will discover what took Michonne away from Rick, Ezekiel, and the rest of her trusted group… and what brought her back.

Dub Dash is a fast-paced rhythm based action game. The tracks are decomposed into diverging game mode segments. The obstacles, tracks and visual effects are all adjusted to the music and in perfect harmony with each song. Parallax is a physics puzzle game that takes place in an entirely black-and-white world. Evo Explores

Evo Explores is a puzzle game by way of MC Escher. It also doesn't got to any particular trouble to hide its Monument Valley inspiration, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. You control a tiny robot who moves around each stage, solving puzzles with the help of logic and perspective, often throwing boring old concepts like gravity and causality out the window. The game is $2 with no in-app purchases.

Digidiced previously brought the popular economics board game Le Havre to Android, and now they're back with another one. This two-player game is all about filling "quilt" tiles faster than your opponent as you progress around around the board. There are elements of both checkers and Tetris, and the game includes standard AI singleplayer and online multiplayer modes. There are in-app purchases (capped at $1), but they're cosmetic only.

In this award-winning board game for two, quilting has never been more competitive. In the long-awaited digital adaptation of Uwe Rosenberg's Patchwork, players patch their way to victory using fabric pieces of assorted sizes, colors, and buttons. Sinless: Remastered

Sinless is a point-and-click adventure series that borrows cyberpunk elements from the likes of Deus Ex and Neuromancer, among others. According to the description the initial release is episode one of three, so if you're tired of waiting for the next Telltale release, this might scratch that itch. The 2D art is interesting with a bleached-out 80s look, and minigames will keep you interested if you bore of the narrative.

Sinless is a unique combination of a classic point n' click and visual novel with many references and inspirations from classics of the genre, such as Snatcher, or Rise of the Dragon. The original OlliOlli was an indie hit that translated skateboarding gameplay of the old Tony Hawk-style games to a 2D platforming interface. It was released last year for Android, but only on the original SHIELD Portable. The sequel is on all NVIDIA hardware (so long as you have a controller), and the new graphics stretch into more fantastic stages with catchy music. It's expensive at $15, but that's the same price as the Steam version.

Drop in to Olliwood and prepare for finger-flippin' mayhem in this follow up to cult skateboarding smash OlliOlli. The iconic skater is going all green-screen with a stunning new look, plucking you from the street and dropping you squarely in the middle of the big screen's most bodacious cinematic locations. Revamped Paths and Combos: The sequel boasts all new ramps and epic hills allowing for monster air and multi-route levels.

LEGO® BIONICLE® 2

LEGO continues to promote its revamped Bionicle line with more video games. At this point the mystical storyline between the near-identical plastic monster things is basically impenetrable, but the gameplay in this one is essentially a tap-and-swipe 2D fighter against progressively stronger opponents. The graphics are bright and interesting, and should appeal to kids who are obsessed with the toys. Like most LEGO games (and unlike most mobile one-on-one fighters), there are no in-app purchases.

Deep into the Labyrinth of Control, Makuta has sent Umarak the Hunter to find and retrieve his old Mask of Control. Team up the Toa and unite their powers with the Elemental Creatures as they fight their way through the dangerous maze. Play alternatively as Tahu, Lewa and Pohatu to Hit. Soul Calibur is my favorite fighting game, but it's also the one that makes the least sense - one good hit and you're dead. Epic Flail takes that idea to its logical conclusion, where both mace-wielding combatants will die with one hit from their opponent. The game is simple but surprisingly fleshed-out, with both character customization and single-device multiplayer. It's free with no in-app purchases.

Once every year the best flail fighters from around the globe gather on Mr Tans secluded tropical island. They will do battle until one true flail master is victorious. Can you tame the unpredictable power of the flail? You can also battle against a friend on the same device. Please don't practice your flail technique in the living room next to your mothers ornaments.

Dig Pig

Dig Pig doesn't look like much, but it has an interesting premise: the cartoon pig protagonist has to dig through the earth like a kid digging to China in order to meet up his online dates. The interesting part is that the left-and-right digging on the bottom half of the screen corresponds to the real satellite maps on the top half of the screen, and you need to hit near the correct surface location to (ahem) score. The game is free with a $1.50 IAP to remove ads.

Pig is single and he's looking for love, but online dating only gives him matches on the other side of the world. Help him dig his way through the Earth while avoiding the obstacles. Sound easy? Make sure you aim for the right spot on the map. Easy and intuitive to play, but hard to master. Pig has to beat each of thirteen addictive levels to make his way through this twisted epic story that will make your hair stand on end. Who will he date next and why won't it work out this time?

Fran Bow Chapter 1

Android already has more than enough point-and-click adventure games, but if you're in the mood for a huge amount of extra gametime, here's a series with five chapters to play through. The description says the series is based on a little girl with a mental disorder, so expect elevated levels of creepiness. Each chapter costs just under $2.

Fran Bow is a creepy adventure game that tells the story of Fran, a young girl struggling with a mental disorder and an unfair destiny. After witnessing the gruesome and mysterious loss of her parents, found dismembered at their home, Fran rushes into the woods, together with her only friend, Mr. Midnight, a black cat that Fran had previously received as a present from her parents.
