Qualification and Experience
Chief General Manager (Planning and Monitoring) –>
(1) Graduate in Civil Engineering.
(2) Appropriate post qualification experience (minimum 18 years) in field working, quality control, monitoring, supervision etc. in relevant field in Govt./Semi Govt./Public Sector/reputed Ltd. Company.
(3) Has served at least 3 years in a relevant post and grade, immediately one level below the post applied for. (OR) Has served at least 6 years in a relevant post and grade, immediately two levels below the post applied for.
General Manager (Civil) ->
(1)Graduate in Civil Engineering.
(2)Appropriate post qualification experience (minimum 15 years) in relevant field in Govt./Semi Govt./Public Sector/reputed Ltd. Company.
(3) Has served at least 3 years in a relevant post and grade, immediately one level below the post applied for. (OR) Has served at least 6 years in a relevant post and grade, immediately two levels below the post applied for.
General Manager (HR) ->
(1)MBA or PGDBA with HR.
(2) Appropriate post qualification experience (minimum 15 years) in General Administration and Office Procedure in relevant field in Govt./Semi Govt./Public Sector/reputed Ltd. Company.
(3) Has served at least 3 years in a relevant post and grade, immediately one level below the post applied for. (OR) Has served at least 6 years in a relevant post and grade, immediately two levels below the post applied for.
General Manager (PPP) ->
(1) Graduate in Civil Engineering.
(2) Appropriate post qualification experience (minimum 15 years) including minimum 3 years experience on PPP Projects in relevant field in Govt./Semi Govt./Public Sector/reputed Ltd. Company.
(3) Has served at least 3 years in a relevant post and grade, immediately one level below the post applied for. (OR) Has served at least 6 years in a relevant post and grade, immediately two levels below the post applied for.
Project Manager ->
(1) Graduate in Civil Engineering.
(2) Appropriate post qualification experience (minimum 10 years) in relevant field in Govt./Semi Govt./Public Sector/reputed Ltd. Company.
(3) Has served at least 3 years in a relevant post and grade, immediately one level below the post applied for. (OR) Has served at least 6 years in a relevant post and grade, immediately two levels below the post applied for.
Senior Resident Engineer ->
(1) Graduate in Civil Engineering.
(2) Appropriate post qualification experience (minimum 7 years) in relevant field in Govt./Semi Govt./Public Sector/reputed Ltd. Company.
(3) Has served at least 3 years in a relevant post and grade, immediately one level below the post applied for. (OR) Has served at least 6 years in a relevant post and grade, immediately two levels below the post applied for, but not below the level of Additional Assistant Engineer.
Resident Engineer ->
(1) Graduate in Civil Engineering.
(2) Appropriate post qualification field experience (minimum 2 years) in relevant field in Govt./Semi Govt./Public Sector/reputed Ltd. Company. (OR)(1) Diploma in Civil Engineering.
(2) Appropriate post qualification field experience (minimum 5 years) in relevant field as an Additional
Assistant Engineer (civil)/Junior Engineer (Civil) in his/her parent department (on deputation only).
Accounts Officer ->
(1) B.com with MBA (Finance) or B.com with PGDBA (Finance) Or M.com
(2) Appropriate post qualification experience (minimum 7 years) in relevant field in Govt./Semi Govt./Public Sector/reputed Ltd. Company.
(3) Has served at least 3 years in a relevant post and grade, immediately one level below the post applied for. (OR) Has served at least 6 years in a relevant post and grade, immediately two levels below the post applied for.
Application Fee: Bank Draft of Rs 400/- for General/OBC candidates and Rs 200/- for SC/ST candidates. The Draft drawn in favour of MD, USIDCL, payable at Dehradun.
