AdDuplex has released their regular monthly report for December 2013 and the numbers look good for Nokia!
According to the latest figures from AdDuplex, Nokia is still leading Windows Phone 8 sales and now accounts for more than 92% of the Windows Phone 8 install base. This is based on information gathered from over 5,000 applications that uses AdDuplex's services, so while it might be comprehensive, it might not necessarily tell the whole story.
The report reveals that almost a third of all Windows Phone devices are the Nokia Lumia 520. The budget handset that is close to eight months old now, has taken the lower end market by surprise, with sales challenging those of budget Androids from other manufacturers.
The second most popular WP device is the Nokia Lumia 920. The high end device has seen strong sales after being discounted in several markets. The report also states that Lumia 1020 has moved to the 11th spot, while the Lumia 1520 has jumped from the number 19th to the 16th spot.
Put the internet to work for you.
