"I quietly photographed a series of this adorable, inquisitive kitten and was so amused by his playful antics, it was difficult not to laugh," photographer Nancy Leigh wrote with her submission to the Your Shot photo community.
Celebrated annually in the U.S. on October 29, National Cat Day honors our feline friends and attempts to raise awareness of the cats still in need of a home.
